Controllers
VİZYON offers the safest and most reliable elevator controllers with full compliance to the regulatory standards and codes of practice. All components are certified in accordance with TS EN ISO 9001:2000.
The most advanced elevator control systems control the all functions of an elevator.
The components of the control systems are designed, manufactured, assembled and final tested to ensure reliable, safe, orderly, speedy and intelligent elevators that meet the customer demands and the project requirements.
A typical control system basically features the followings as standard and optional
microprocessor controllers (full electronic advanced microprocessor provides superior control of elevator)
remote maintenance and diagnosis (There is possibility of using IT technologies such as Internet, e-mail and SMS,
in order that VİZYON maintenence team can monitor the all functions of the elevator in operation and can dedect any malfunction or operational faults, breaks remotely. )
energy efficiency (elevator controls are designed for efficient operation. Numerous Standard and optional features are available to enhance the energy efficiency and riding comfort,
such as VVVF inverter speed control system for traction elevators, soft start-stop control for hydraulic driven elevators, etc.)
emergency cabin lighting (an emergency ceiling light switches on automatically in the event of a power failure, providing illumination within the cabin.
The emergency light will allow any passengers inside the cabin to locate and utilise the interphone or the alarm to alert the building superintendent)
emergency evacuation systems (automatic rescue device – during normal power failure, the automatic rescue device converts stored energy from its bank of rechargable batteries to drive the elevator cabin to the
nearest floor and opens the elevator doors to let the passengers trapped inside the cabin out.)
fire emergency return (when the building’s fire or smoke dedectors are activated or the switch on the supervisory panel is activated,
all calls are cancelled and all the elevators will immediately travel to the main lobby
and park there with the doors fully open.)
overload non-start (when the cabin load exceeds the capacity or rated load of the elevator, the elevator will stop operation with doors fully opened on that floor and a buzzer is annunciated.
The buzzer will stop when a sufficient number of passengers have exited the cabin out and the cabin load is less than the rated load)
automatic by-pass (if the cabinload exceeded 80% of the rated load or capacity of the elevator, the elevator will automatically ignore all the hall calls in the direction of service and respond to cabin calls only. This feature is applicable for group control of two or more elevators only)
optical door safety device (this versatile door safety device reopens closing doors immediately when the infrared beam installed on the cabin doors is interrupted.
The doors will close again after re-opening.)
artificial and flexible intelligent microprocessor group control system (the group control system for two or more elevators employs artificial intelligence and fuzzy logic. The main features in a typical group control
system are continuity of service, automatic parking and peak traffic control. For more information please contact with VİZYON sales team):
supervisory panel (with this panel, the building superintendent can monitor elevator operations and control emergency operations from the building’s control room or electrical room.
Position indicators, direction lights and interphones can be installed on this panel if required.)
